Note that the co-op matchmaking is capped at something like 3 levels past 72. Meanwhile your health doesn't really scale with the damage, so you can be killed quite quickly (the scaling issue also means that Moxxi weapons will also fill up your health bar almost immediately, which is a plus). So if you're using OP8 gear while playing level 72, you'll make everything go boom.Įnemies have tons more health, and their health regenerates really fast. You can get gear at OP8 and then use it in any of levels 72-OP8. The tricky part is that you'll need to re-farm, gib, or use crummy gear when you hit the middle OP levels, as your good ol' level 72 guns simply won't do enough damage to kill anything.
